Once we receive your email, our English-speaking staff will check our availability and contact you as soon as possible to arrange a date and time for your appointment. Please allow a few days for us to reach you, especially if your request is sent over the weekend.

If you are a return patient, please include your patient ID number in your email too.
Also, if you are a return patient and are comfortable reading Japanese, you can schedule an appointment online as well. Just go to the top of this website and click/tap "SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT" button.
