Patient Safety Message
Your health, safety and well-being are always our top priority at KATSUKI Ladies Clinic.
On the 14th of August, there have been 5,604 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hiroshima Prefecture. It was 3,252 on the 13th, and 6,028 last Sunday.
We are therefore working hard to adapt the latest health recommendations to keep our patients and our providers safe during this COVID-19 situation.
Please be advised that restrictions and requirements may change according to situations.

- Visiting the building
Until further notice, face masks are required at any time in the building. Temperature screening at the entrance is required as well. If you are not wearing a mask, or if your temperature is high and you seem not well, we may ask you to wear a mask or leave the building.
- Accompanying a patient
If you are an outpatient, no one is allowed to accompany you to see the doctor. Only if your partner is involved in the treatment, he can accompany you.
- Accompanying at childbirth
During delivery, family members in the same household or your birth mother may attend.
- Visiting a patient
Family members in the same household or your birth mother may visit you. They may visit and stay during the visiting hours: 9am – 9pm.
- Staying overnight with a patient
Family members in the same household or your birth mother may stay with you.
